I made a wider incision to remove the purulent fluid that accumulated under the skin, and washed with saline suitable for body temperature, and provided an area suitable for the drains and exudates to be discharged and removed. I started intravenous feeding and antibiotic application and ensured the protection of body temperature.

However, there was an infection that was creeping under the skin, and he had never realized this for a year.
